How do I submit an escrow demand or resale package?

If you need to order an escrow/refinance demand, or a resale package you'll need to use our online document service, If you're a first time user we recommend you review our quick walkthrough for ordering documents. Contact us if you need help.

Step 1: Go to and go to the blue box in the middle that says "Documents Services," and click on the link that says "Order resale packages and escrow demands."

Step 2: Click the green "Sign Up" box to create your free MyPropertyManager account.

Step 3: Fill out the account information and press "Sign Up."

Step 4: To confirm your account, an email was sent to the account that you put under your information. Go to that email and click the link to verify, therefore completing the registration process.

Step 5: Enter your username and password to sign into your MyPropertyManager account.

Step 6: Search for an HOA by name, city, state and zip code in the "Search" box and press the blue "Search" button.

Step 7: Once you’ve found the HOA you’re looking for, click the blue "Search" box next to that specific HOA.

Step 8: On the right hand side you'll see the types of documents you can order. You'll have the option to order either an Escrow/Refinance Demand, or a Resale Package.

Step 9: Add any additional services that you may want, such as rush delivery or purchase a hard copy. Finally, fill out the payment information to process your order.

Step 10: Congratulations, your order has been submitted. You can check up on the status of your order by checking back on the Status tab.
