How do I submit a maintenance request?

Step 1: Go to www.mypropertymanager.com.




Step 2: Click the green "Log In" button in the top-right corner of the page, and enter your tenant account information.




Step 3: Once logged in, click on the "Maintenance" button in the top navigation area.




Step 4: Fill out the fields and describe your issue.




Step 5: Click the blue "Maintenance Request" submit button and your maintenance request will be submitted to your property manager's dashboard where they can handle the rest of the process.
