Managers need to be aware ofcorrect forms for all situations in the rental of buildings, apartments or homes. They must be aware ofthe 3 daynotice. The managercan give the tenant a California 3 day notice to pay or quit their rental agreement. The manager must knowthe bounds of the law as set bythe state of California.
